Data Retention

All SSL purchase records at HKDNR shall only be retained for a period of not more than 30 months.

Order Validity

• All SSL certificate order purchased at HKDNR with 30 months validity.
• The user has to activate and install SSL certificate within 30 months.
• All purchases exceeding thirty (30) months without activation shall be subject to invalid and shall no longer be capable of being activate and without any value.
