HKDNR is a registrar accredited by HKIRC that is committed to providing .hk Internet domain name registration and related services in an effective, customer-centric and sustainable manner.
Objectives
HKDNR is committed to serve the Internet community of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as the global Internet community, in relation to the registration and related services to end users of domain names under the .hk and .香港 country-code top-level domains. The objectives of HKDNR are:
• to operate a registration system for all levels of Internet domain names under the Hong Kong country code .hk and its other equivalents to the satisfaction of end users of .hk and its other equivalents;
• to provide services for registration of all levels of Internet domain names under the .hk and .香港 to meet committed service level and performance targets;
• to handle enquiries and complaints related to the applications and other services for Internet domain names under the .hk and its other equivalents.
